The personal data and information collected from the conversation between the customer and the staff are disclosed to any 3rd party and public.

Every transaction will be managed and process by the authorized staff without any 3rd party involved.

• PAYMENT METHOD

We accept payment only by bank transfer transactions. Account number can be obtained by contacting us with the appeared contact number.
Kindly send us the your prove of payment within 24 hours of order to avoid your order being cancelled

• DELIVERY

Postage will be made Monday - Friday ( except public holiday )

Delivery will be made by PosLaju expected to arrived to the respected customer within 3-7 working days.

Same day delivery can be made once the order and payment was submitted before 2.00 p.m.

We deliver the products with standard packaging.

We are not responsible for any defects/ faulty/ damage occurs upon delivering the products, all risk upon delivering are on customers.

• RETURNS AND REFUND 

The products purchased can be return to us within three (3) days with the receipt.

The products returned must be unused with the tag still tempered to the products.

The cost of returning the products are beared by the customer
